🤝The Interview Process

Learn how to properly conduct an interview to successfully build your team.

Hey, it's great to meet you. (Recap how you met each other)

Part 1: FORM

  1. Family: Tell me a little bit about you. Where did you grow up? What do you do for work? Are you married? Kids? bunch of pets? Tell me a little bit about your life.

  2. Occupation: What's your current occupation? How long have you been in this role? Do you enjoy it? What, if anything, would you change about it? Also, could you tell me about your spouse's job?

  3. Recreation: How do you spend your leisure time?

  4. Motivation: Why did you decide to join this call today? What are you hoping to achieve? Why are we here?

Part 2: Recruiting Questions

(2-minute personal story)

So I'm gonna have some questions for you. I'm sure you have some questions for me. Is it okay if I ask you a few questions?

  1. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being 'not helpful at all' and 10 being 'extremely helpful', how helpful would an extra $1000 to $1500 per month be for you right now?

  2. What's that thousand dollars gonna do for you? If I gave you a check, you know, for every month for the next 12 months, and all you had to do was cash it on the day, what would you do with that extra thousand bucks a month?

  3. If we choose to work together, is there anything that might prevent you from starting the necessary licensing and training right away? Do you have any impending commitments, such as vacations coming up or anything like that?

  4. Would you need to consult with anyone before starting this process?

  5. Can you tell me about how much time you're willing to invest in this opportunity?

We offer three different learning tracks:

  • Referral Partner: This is a part-time role where you get licensed and refer clients to us. You'll earn half of the eligible commission, and this could serve as a stepping stone to more involved roles.

  • Part-Time Track: This involves 5 to 15 hours per week. Once licensed, you could expect to earn $1500 to $3000 per month if you follow our guidance.

  • Leadership Track: This track involves learning how to run a business and open an office, and it requires a commitment to eventually working full-time. The potential income for this role is $3000 to $5000+ per month after getting licensed and putting our training into practice.

Which of those three would be best for you - the referral partner with a couple of hundred bucks a month, the part-time track with $1500 to $3000, or the full-time leadership track, which would be $3000 to $5000 plus after you're licensed and really doing everything.

Which of these options sounds most appealing to you?

  1. Given the nature of the work, you'll need to obtain some financial licenses, and this will require a background check to ensure no criminal history. Is there anything in your background that might prevent you from getting licensed?

  2. Lastly, we will sponsor you to get your financial licenses. This includes licensing for life insurance, SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 26, Series 65, and a mortgage license. The cost of those licenses is about $1200. Our company requires a $99 licensing fee which covers your background check, fingerprints, all the study materials, and the exam fees for both licenses.

Additionally, there is a $25 a month cost for the technology package. It is optional but would be required if you want to work from home. Without that, you will have to meet your clients in person and fill out paperwork... After completing your training and obtaining your license, you'll receive $250 back if you hit the minimum training requirements. Assuming we want to move forward would funding that $124 prevent you from starting today?

  3. So best case scenario, you find something that you love, you start making a lot of extra money and it just starts part-time and builds to something that's full-time. Worst case scenario, you get a basic education in money and finance, you get your money back, and you have a license.

How soon are you looking to get started?
